1. No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure that

you carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before making a purchase.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

● Exchanges are allowed strictly within 3 days from the date of delivery.

● Exchanges are applicable only for size misfits.

● The item must be in its original condition, with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and

free from any damage or stains.

● Customers must bear the shipping costs for exchanges unless the product received

is incorrect or defective.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage or defects:

● Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

● The video should be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the package being

opened and the condition of the received item.

● The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

● If the video is not provided, we will not entertain any exchange requests for damaged

items.

4. Process for Exchange

● Contact our customer support team at nehalzaveriwork@gmail.com within the stipulated time

frame.

● Share the unboxing video along with your order details.

● Our team will review your request and confirm whether the exchange is approved.

● Once approved, customers must return the item in its original condition.

● Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

● Items that do not have an unboxing video proof.

● Items that are used, damaged, or have missing tags.

● Accessories, innerwear, and customised products.

● Items requested for exchange beyond the 3-day period.

6. Shipping and Delivery

● Standard delivery times vary based on location and courier services.

● Shipping charges are applicable based on order value and delivery location.

● Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable

for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

● Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier

issues are beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellations

● Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

● In case of any issues, customers can contact customer support within 2 hours of

placing the order for modifications.

8. Pricing Policy

● Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice based on market trends

and supplier costs.

● Discounts and promotional offers are applicable only for a limited time and may be

withdrawn at any moment without prior notice.

● We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including those discovered after an

order has been placed.

9. Market Condition Policy

fluctuations, and supplier costs.

● In case of supply chain disruptions or increased material costs, we reserve the right

to adjust product prices accordingly.

● In case of stock unavailability after an order has been placed, we will notify the

apparel. Customers are advised to check the material details before purchasing.

● Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our

products will not be covered by Nehal Zaveri.

● We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts involved in

fraudulent activities such as excessive exchanges, suspicious payment methods, or

misuse of promotional offers.

● Any chargebacks or disputes raised fraudulently will result in legal action.
